I'm more of a Cat

I'm somewhat like a dog, although I won't mark my territory, or bark before I say "hello."  Perhaps I sniff around here and there...I get curious.  Yet when it comes to information dispensing,  I'm silent and unobtrusive.  I want you to know what's for sale and what our market is doing, but couldn't ever quite get myself to be noisy on doorsteps.  I want to help and I have been a teacher for over nine years, and a super mom for much longer; I want to improve the marketability in our neighborhood, and I really love talking, so long as it's not too political, which isn't because I don't know politics, it's due to the fact that most people who want to push politics are going to get fanatic at some point.  I prefer the well thought out approach to arguing, and I've spent too many years calling AP students on Ad Hominem and Strawman to put up with it in the adult world.  I'm not entirely cat, however, as I tend to look at the world through the eyes of their effervescent canine counterparts, gaining vitality from running about nature, seizing the day in the most grateful ways.  Currently, that is in finding the best real estate deals for my friends, let me know if I can help with listing or buying your next home.  No matter the task, I'm here for you.  This is your deal.  I'm here to make it easier, and I'm a certified negotiation expert with a proven track record.  There are a lot of Realtors out there, one in every fifty people in San Diego County I hear, so I value your business and your referrals.  See what I can do for you today. ~Betty
