Healthy and Happy

I ate a banana for breakfast, and I'm enjoying half a pb&j with a Powerade for lunch.  I made a ton of calls this morning for home buyers and sellers, and now I get to go to my gym.  Later, I get to see my Kiwanis club friends and will have lots of time to write.  My second novel was on hold for a bit, so it feels great to be back into it.  I'm 5'5, not-saying pounds and getting just the right amounts of natural sun via hiking, tennis, walking, swimming and running.  I do yoga and strength training at home or my gym.  I had a peaceful dream last night and when I awoke, this song was going through my head so I played it.  I felt euphoric and inspired, and I danced a little.  The clouds are gone and I feel incredibly calm and happy.  It's me.  I hope you're week is just as amazing and fun.  Take good care of you; it's the only person you can wholeheartedly rely upon.  Have a great day!
