Smiling at least ten times per day as a practice leads to some fascinating discoveries. Try it three times in the morning and three or four times in the afternoon and evening respectively. Some people will look at you strangely; others will light up and possibly reciprocate. Either way, you will look and feel better each time. If you're having a bad day, that's all the more reason to follow this fool-proof plan. It changes everything. Things take on more positive auras. You exude confidence and trust is inevitably established. Babies giggle. The world becomes a better place. Do it as much as possible. Do it now. Here's an e-smile :) and here's a bigger one :oD
