Pipes Burst
Our new floor, the entire hallway along with three walls is getting torn up and thrown out as I write this. It's such an awful and inconvenient invasion of insurance company workers, even if they are quite sweet and professional. I want to take off to The Wave Waterpark, but I'm trapped and severely bummed out. I'm sure that the thousand dollar deductible contributes to that. Oh man :( This is the second time we've had to go through this since we moved here in 2005. With the kids home from school and all of this going on, I can't go to work, and work from home is especially limited, so I have to make the best of things. I'm currently learning a crochet knot. It's amazing how patient we can become amidst life's fattest hurdles. Much of this I attribute to raising teenagers like Ken and me :) Here are a few pictures. I tried to get a picture of the two cats looking at me from Cody's room like, "What in Heaven's name?!" They wouldn't stay still enough though.
